Capoeira is the singular Afro-Brazilian art form that combines dance, martial arts and acrobatic movement. Classes are taught by Professor Versatil under the guidance of Mestre Amen Santo.
Classes
Capoeira classes are held in locations in Hollywood and Santa Ana. First time students should wear comfortable light-weight pants, t-shirt. Non-marking shoes can be worn if desired. Students are expected to purchase a uniform.
Los Angeles County
Classes in Hollywood are held at the Ijo Ija Academy of Kung Fu on Vermont Ave, just north of Santa Monica Blvd.

- $15/class or $80/month(2 classes per week). Beginner's first class is free.
Orange County
Classes are held at the Academy of International Dance in Santa Ana, CA. Please enter through the door on 3rd street (next to the copy center) before 8PM. After 8, enter through the front. Parking is available in the US Financing lot on 3rd between Broadway and Birch.
